How to use it
- Start with 20–30 minutes a day and build up gradually. Wearing it too long too soon causes soreness.
- Tighten so the shoulders sit back comfortably — not so tight that it digs in or restricts breathing.
- Remove it if you feel numbness, tingling or pain.
