Before you use it

• Not suitable for serrated knives.
• Use light pressure and pull in one direction only — grinding back and forth damages the edge.
• Keep your fingers clear of the blade path and pull the knife away from your body.
• Do not put it in the dishwasher or submerge it. Wipe clean and keep dry.
• Some metal and ceramic residue in the slots is normal with use.
